Specialist Rhinological Consultations (Initial & Follow-up)

Diagnosis and management of inflammatory, allergic, and oncological pathologies of the nasal cavities, paranasal sinuses, and nasopharynx, catering to pediatric (infants and adolescents), adult, and geriatric patients.

Objective assessment of nasal respiratory pathophysiology and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS), with or without associated rhonchopathy (snoring).

Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Questionnaire.

Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy (DISE) / Sleep Endoscopy: The gold standard for identifying the exact site of obstruction in OSAS patients. This diagnostic endoscopic evaluation visualizes the upper airways during a pharmacologically induced, natural-like sleep (typically using propofol). Performed by an anesthesiologist in an operating room, this painless procedure lasts between 10 to 20 minutes and is frequently requested following a Polysomnography (or cardiorespiratory polygraphy).
